We offer 30% of what we price items in cash. We pay a higher percentage for high-demand brands like Lululemon, Free People, or Zara. We pay a little less for mass-produced brands.

To maximize your payout, trade in with us. We pay 10% more than the cash value in trade. Store credit is valid for three years and stays on your store account until you’re ready to spend it. With tens of thousands items to choose from, we think you’ll find sustainable styles you’ll love.

Due to our limited staff we do not accept drop-ins at this time. In order to sell with us it must be by appointment only.

We ask that you bring in your items in a reusable bin or a bag and not a garbage bag. All items must be neatly folded. No hangers.

We love modern high quality brands! Such as Free People, Everlane, Madewell, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Lucky Brand, Athleta, and Vintage. Along with brands like Zara, ASOS, Universal Threads, Aerie and other middle of the way brands. This is not a complete list, just suggested brands.

We prefer gently used clothing or clothing new with tags.

We accept all sizes 000 - 20 and XS to XXL. We also accept Plus Size.

We accept accessories such as hats, scarfs, sunglasses, shoes, and belts.

We do not accept men’s clothing, unless it can be accepted as a unisex garment such as a pair of vintage men’s Levi’s, an oversized button up, etc.

We do not accept children’s and kids or junior clothing or sizes.

Damaged clothes with holes, stains, or excessive wear.

At this time we are not taking designer or luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, etc.

Under no circumstance will we accept undergarments, such as underwear, bras, slips, socks, or shapewear.

We do not accept swimwear, costumes, or jewelry.

Items should be in “like new” condition meaning:

Freshly laundered or dry cleaned.

No holes, missing buttons, missing zippers, or stains.

No pet hair.

Neatly folded in reusable bags or boxes, we do not accept clothes in trash bags.

Due to limited staff and time we ask that you do not bring in more than 30 items at a time.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Within this 12-hour window, please reach out to us if you need to make any changes. A $5 fee will be charged for no call/no show appointments, but if you contact us to reschedule or cancel, no fee will be charged. To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card, which can be saved in your profile for future convenience, though it's not mandatory.

We have a 7 day exchange only policy. Tags must be on and receipt must be present.
